Frigoblock will be present at Chillventa 2026, which will be held in Nuremberg, Germany, from October 13-15, 2026. Frigoblock will be showcasing its solutions specifically developed for natural refrigerants and its products for various application needs at the fair. The booth will feature refrigeration solutions using CO₂ (R744) and R290 (propane), as well as the FRIGO-PAC unit developed for the long-term storage of tuber crops.

Refrigeration Solutions with Natural Refrigerants

Frigoblock's products to be showcased at Chillventa 2026 include CO₂ transcritical booster systems, CO₂ condensing units, CO₂ evaporators, and R290 propane water chillers.

CO₂ Transcritical Booster Systems offer centralized system solutions for refrigeration needs operating at different temperature levels, while CO₂ Condensing Units – MCU/LCU provide compact solutions using R744 for small and medium-capacity cold and frozen product storage applications. The units include an integrated gas chiller, flash tank, control system, and high-pressure-resistant components.

CO₂ evaporators are designed for cold and frozen product storage applications using R744. They offer solutions tailored to application requirements with options such as different fin spacings, stainless steel tubes, and electric defrost. R290 propane water chillers will also be exhibited at the fair. These solutions using R290 support the use of low GWP natural refrigerants for various industrial applications, while providing cooling via water or glycol circuits in indoor applications thanks to the system design where the refrigerant circuit is located outdoors.

Another highlight of Frigoblock at Chillventa will be FRIGO-PAC Tuber Crops Storage Unit.

Developed for the long-term storage of potatoes, onions, carrots, red beets, ginger, and other tuber crops, FRIGO-PAC combines refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and humidification functions in a single compact unit. Its PLC-controlled automation system, fresh air management, and various model options to suit different storage capacities ensure precise management of storage conditions.

Offering solutions for capacity ranges of 250–1,500 tons , FRIGO-PAC is designed as an integrated system for controlling temperature, humidity, ventilation, and air quality during the storage process of tuber crops.
